Kelly Services is now hiring assemblers for a company in New York Mills.
Details include:
Hours:
Monday through Saturday 3:
30pm-11:
45pm Pay Rate:
$13.
25 / hr.
TASKS &
Responsibilities:
o Parts Bags - place 4 or 5 parts along with an instruction sheet into a poly bag and seal.
o Extensions - include a brass or poly tube along with an inlet on one end, cap nut placed to move on the tube and outlet placed at other end.
o Hose Assembly - include a section of hose about 32' long marked with yellow marker.
Place a ferrule and add shutoff.
To this add a poly nut hose barb and dip tube.
After this is done, the ferrule will be crimped.
o Pump Assembly - include placing a molded handle, cap, steel rod, spring and piston on a small air press where the parts are forced together.
The parts are then put on a small conveyor where the molded cylinder is added.
After this is completed a check valve and gasket is applied.
o Compressed Air Line - Tanks are taken from the molding department where they are placed on a silk screen.
This runs automatically.
As the tanks move along a conveyor they are placed in cartons being made by Meta machine.
These move along conveyor where employees place the sub assembly parts inside.
Cartons are closed, placed on skid and sent to warehouse.
JOB REQUIREMENTS o Must be able to stand for 8 hours if particular job so requires.
o Must be able to keep up so as to not slow down assembly line.
o Must be able to keep up and make daily numbers o Must be at least 18 years of age.
